PARIS Agust the 30TH, 2024. Paris' Green Revolution, reducing Pollution Through Innovation.
Paris is taking innovative steps to reduce pollution and promote sustainability. One example is the Veli app, which encourages residents to use eco-friendly modes of transport, like bikes and electric scooters, to reduce car emissions. Additionally, the city is investing in biochar, a form of carbon capture that helps improve soil health while reducing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. These initiatives are part of Paris' larger commitment to becoming a greener, more sustainable city for future generations.

From the elevated underground, number 6 from PASSY stop, you can see the view of the Eiffel Tower seems to move to the rhythm of the train.
Pigeons, also residents of the city, are both loved and disliked, though they do add a decorative touch.
Bike lanes are multiplying in an effort to get Parisians to ditch their cars, but some are determined, and traffic in the city persists. The real estate market is saturated, with a race to see who can get there first.
The metro is packed, but at the front of the car, there's a "kids" area to simulate driving.
Ongoing renovations at Parisian landmarks like Saint-Sulpice Church and the Opéra infuse modernity into the city's historic fabric, enhancing visitor experiences while preserving architectural integrity. These projects reflect Paris's commitment to balancing heritage with contemporary improvements

We also visited April 26, 2024 Roman bridge, and medieval tower, The Regional Natural Park of Gola della Rossa, home to stunning landscapes and the majestic Frasassi karst caves.
These caves hold historical and religious significance, with ancient rock formations and underground rivers that have captivated visitors for centuries. The Frasassi caves were first discovered on September 25, 1971, when Rolando Silvestri of the Speleological Group Marchigiano Club Alpino Italiano from Ancona stumbled upon a small opening while traversing the northern slopes of Mount Vatagnana.
Our adventure will also take us to the Valadier Temple, a remarkable architectural gem nestled in the hills and accessible from the hermitage of Santa Maria Infra Saxa. This sacred site offers a peaceful retreat and a chance to connect with the spiritual essence of the region.
